Biography of Dato’ Halim Tuah

 Dato’ Halim Tuah is a Malaysian politician cum entrepreneur who has served as an aide to a Deputy Minister since 2010. He served as the Vice Chairman of BN Youth’s Orators Unit and UMNO Information officer. He has been the MD/CEO of Halim Tuah Capital Sdn Bhd and Chairman/Advisor for many companies. He also served as Deputy Minister’s Special Officer, Director of Prime Minister’s Department and in many other NGO (Non-Governmental Organisations) positions in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, disseminating critical information to the public throughout Malaysia on the annual budget, 1MDB, political funds, GST and many more. 

He is a PhD candidate in Information Warfare and Media Psychology Studies. Serving at the Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of International Trade & Industry, he focuses in understanding how peoples’ sentiment can lead to social change through diverse modes of communication. 


He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak. As a multidisciplinary propagator, his research interest lies in creating awareness and attitude of the public towards government policies using certain media. He has brought with him 30 years of vast experience and has completed his studies in the areas of which he can also lecture, among others, are Management Economics, Organizational Psychology, Corporate Administration And Risk Management, Organizational Development And Change, and Organizational Leadership.


Dato’ Halim Tuah has long been an advocate for Islamic Commonwealth and for reforms to Malaysia’s Political Complex. Outside of politics, Dato’ Halim Tuah has held positions at various nonaligned institutions.
